established in 2005 and

tailor-made service for food hygiene and occupational safety support at a realistic cost

Consultancy - With
20 years' experience as an enforcement inspector, Jerry Diplock has
a clear knowledge of expectations from the enforcing authorities.
Working with you to ensure safety in all aspects of food production,
retail and catering, we can also offer a comprehensive occupational
health and safety service specialising in the leisure,
hospitality, care, education, tourism and service industries more..
Training - We can offer a wide range of accredited
or bespoke training for both food
hygiene and occupational safety and have regular courses
running in the South Devon area. In 2009, training was
provided for around 1,000 people from over 40 organisation. Jerry
is also a tutor for NEBOSH Diploma Level courses and is a Chartered
Member of IOSH and the Institute of Environmental Health. He
provides training courses for Duchy College and a range of local
authorities. Particular courses that have proved popular are
accredited HACCP Level 3 and Level 4 course which have supported
businesses towards developing effective food safety management
systems and meeting externally accredited standards, such as SALSA
