Food Safety
The company is an accredited Training Centre with training bodies and provides food hygiene and HACCP training to Level 4.  Jerry is also an IFST Registered Professional Food Auditor and Mentor and Food Safety Manager and is a mentor and auditor for the SALSA standard and has ISO Lead Assessor and BRC Third Party Auditor qualifications with full auditor qualification for the BRC Global Food Standard Version 8.

Diplock Safety & Hygiene Ltd. specialises in providing food manufacturing companies with support towards development of food safety management systems and in particular, HACCP Plans.  During recent years, the company has provided consultancy and training support for occupational safety and food safety management systems for a large variety of companies, both large and small, throughout the South West and further afield.  The track record demonstrates success to support companies to both SALSA and BRC Global Food Standard accreditations.

The company works with highly qualified professional sub-contractors who support meeting clients’ needs for training and professional advice and has access to other industry experts who work on sub-contracts under direction.

The business has provided support for clients towards meeting certification standards to include clients in the dairy, confectionery, drinks (wineries, distilleries, breweries, cider-makers and soft drinks), egg production & packing, edible oils, fish & shellfish, bakeries, produce, dry-powder packing & processing, butchery (meat cutting & meat product processing), preserves, ready meals and the catering sectors.

Occupational Health & Safety
Health and safety support has included food manufacturing, engineering, hotels & hospitality, warehousing, tourist attractions & residential accommodation, retail, churches & charities.  As a full Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH) and 30 years' experience with application of safety requirements, you will be in safe hands.
